Membership Cancellation 

For the purpose of this agreement, a Membership considers a monthly, quarterly, or annual membership where there is no ongoing commitment for continued payment. This does NOT include programs that are purchased on a defined payment plan.  Your  membership commences the date that your payment took place and will automatically renew on that date monthly, quarterly, or annually (according to your chosen plan) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time.  Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the program until the end of your respective billing cycle. No refunds will be issued.

I understand that upon payment, I am granted non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to use the Digital Content for my personal, non-commercial use. I also understand that I may copy, store, transfer, and burn the Digital Content only for personal, non-commercial use. I agree not to infringe the rights of Wade Creative LLC copyright owner and agree not to redistribute, sell, broadcast, rent, share, adapt, license or otherwise transfer the content. This Digital content embodies the intellectual property of Wade Creative LLC and is protected by law.

I understand that all sales are final and there are no refunds given.

Individuals must voluntarily request to join our mailing lists by signing up through a form or other means on our website or providing us with their email address at an event, seminar, direct-mail response, or other channel. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone.
